Old Boards, No Cords with great surfers and a venue to match: beautiful Pleasure Point in Santa Cruz, California. Enjoy the great sliders in front of Jack O'Neill's home from 7am-4pm on Saturday with semis and finals from 8am-2pm on Sunday, near the intersection of 38th Avenue and East Cliff Drive.
This year's event will benefit and is being held in honor of the Santa Cruz Surfing Museum.
Big Stick Surfing Association is a non-profit organization and the funds raised from the gigantic raffle go right back to the local Santa Cruz community by funding the Student Scholarship Program, Ride-A-Wave, Santa Cruz Surfrider Foundation, and the Junior Lifeguards program.
